🏠Main Responsibilities
- Complete all Unilever learnership requirements, including training sessions, assessments, project work, logbook updates, and presentations.
- Apply focused and quality improvement tools and methods to address losses related to Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Customer Service, and Logistics.
- Build and analyze data to support loss elimination strategies through the Managing Manufacturing Performance Code.
- Work closely with line crews daily, serving as a technical trainer for line teams on phenomena identification, root cause analysis, and countermeasure establishment.
- Validate process improvements and implement revised basic operating conditions.
- Eliminate production losses and wastes while stabilizing production lines to support the move towards semi-autonomous teams.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within assigned operations.
- Adhere to all site rules regarding safety, quality, and Unilever’s code of business principles.
🎯 Key Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
