📋 Job Description

This exciting programme is designed to help you develop a strong foundation in relationship banking and client service excellence within the Wealth and Investment Business. Through structured learning and practical experience, you will be exposed to real-world banking environments and gain insights into best practices across the industry.

The programme offers:

🔄 Main Accountabilities

  • Complete work rotations through multiple departments (both virtual and in-person).
  • Participate in structured training sessions (online and classroom-based).
  • Achieve all milestones outlined in the Job Description and Performance Contract by the end of the programme.
  • Apply your knowledge practically while learning from experienced teams.

🎓 Qualifications Required

  • FAIS-accredited Honours Degree in one of the following fields:
    • BCom Financial Planning
    • BCom Business Management
  • Honours qualification must be completed by 31 December 2025.

📄 Additional Requirements

  • Must be a South African Citizen.
  • If you have work experience, it must not exceed 12 months.
  • Full academic transcripts (undergraduate and postgraduate) must be submitted with the application.
