📋 Job Description
This exciting programme is designed to help you develop a strong foundation in relationship banking and client service excellence within the Wealth and Investment Business. Through structured learning and practical experience, you will be exposed to real-world banking environments and gain insights into best practices across the industry.

🔄 Main Accountabilities
- Complete work rotations through multiple departments (both virtual and in-person).
- Participate in structured training sessions (online and classroom-based).
- Achieve all milestones outlined in the Job Description and Performance Contract by the end of the programme.
- Apply your knowledge practically while learning from experienced teams.
🎓 Qualifications Required
- FAIS-accredited Honours Degree in one of the following fields:
- BCom Financial Planning
- BCom Business Management
- Honours qualification must be completed by 31 December 2025.
📄 Additional Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen.
- If you have work experience, it must not exceed 12 months.
- Full academic transcripts (undergraduate and postgraduate) must be submitted with the application.
