Clicks Group Services is looking for a dedicated Administrative Clerk to join their Finance Department at the Clicks Head Office in Cape Town. This role will report directly to the Finance Supervisor.
🗂 Key Responsibilities
- Sort and file all banking documents received from stores according to the required sequence.
- Correctly re-index any errors related to banking paperwork on OnBase (Filing System).
- Meet daily performance targets and set deadlines consistently.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
📚 Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Matric / Grade 12 (Essential).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Job-Related Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Outlook.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- High work standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow rules and procedures.
- Able to work independently without supervision.
