Clicks Group Services is looking for a dedicated Administrative Clerk to join their Finance Department at the Clicks Head Office in Cape Town. This role will report directly to the Finance Supervisor.


🗂 Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and file all banking documents received from stores according to the required sequence.
  • Correctly re-index any errors related to banking paperwork on OnBase (Filing System).
  • Meet daily performance targets and set deadlines consistently.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

📚 Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Essential).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.

Job-Related Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Outlook.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High work standards and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow rules and procedures.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.
