📋 Job Description
At Premier, people are the key to their growth and success. They believe in investing in the right individuals with the right skills and attitude. Interns will gain hands-on experience in Human Resource Management, working across the KwaZulu-Natal region and reporting to the Regional HR Manager.
There will also be opportunities to support national HR projects and visit different business units for broader exposure.
🎯 Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Currently studying towards a National Diploma in Human Resource Management (final year).
- Must have a tertiary institution logbook stipulating required exposure and experience.
- A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
- No prior work experience required.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities and Learning Areas
Interns will be exposed to and gain practical understanding in:
- HR Operations administration and systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Graylink).
- HR Operations processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, and terminations.
- Learning and Development administration and systems (e.g., Moodle, Dynamics 365).
- Processes within key Human Resources disciplines:
- Learning and Development
- Talent and Skills Development
- Organisational Development
- Industrial Relations
