Responsibilities
1. Loading and Offloading
- Load bread according to the picking slip.
- Follow the pipeline loading sequence.
- Ensure the correct stock rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out).
- Load only quality-assured bread.
2. Stock and Tray Management
- Count and balance trays in the truck.
- Ensure accurate tray records.
3. Communication and Reporting
- Attend daily invocom (team meetings).
- Report loading-related issues to management.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
