📝 Job Description:
As a Fuel Attendant, your main responsibility will be to attend to customers’ fueling needs, ensuring efficient service delivery and accurate fuel dispensing. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records and assisting with general forecourt duties.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Code 14 driver’s license with a valid PDP
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Clean criminal record
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
🛠️ Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense fuel and lubricants based on customer requests
- Ensure customers receive the correct fuel for their vehicles
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Balance fuel sales at the end of every shift
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or fueling issues
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
